About VideoNest

VideoNest is building the future of video. Our platform helps creators, publishers, and media companies host, distribute, and monetize their video libraries at scale. We already work with leading publishers, including The New York Times’ The Athletic, VICE, Complex, A to Z of Sports, and more than 650 customers managing over 500,000 videos — with new libraries joining every week.

Based in New York City with a hybrid work model, we combine the energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

The Role

As the VP of Enterprise Video Partnerships, you will lead VideoNest’s relationships with top publishers, media networks, newsrooms, filmmakers, and other large-scale video libraries.

Your mission is to educate the marketplace on the benefits of VideoNest — from initial outreach through signed partnerships — helping publishers and content owners understand how our platform unlocks monetization, distribution, and growth at scale. You’ll be responsible for driving enterprise adoption, positioning VideoNest as the go-to partner for organizations managing large video catalogs.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape our expansion strategy and define how VideoNest is perceived across the media and entertainment ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise partnership efforts with top publishers, media networks, newsrooms, filmmakers, and large content libraries.
  • Drive the full partnership lifecycle — outreach, education, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
  • Promote the benefits of VideoNest’s platform to the market, positioning us as the leading distribution and monetization solution for video libraries.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and technical delivery (MRSS, feeds, APIs, metadata standards).
  • Provide thought leadership and market education to publishers and partners through presentations, events and more.
  • Report on partnership performance, vertical trends, and category insights to VideoNest’s executive leadership.
  • Help scale a high-output partnerships team as VideoNest continues rapid expansion.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in enterprise partnerships, business development, or strategy within video, media, or entertainment.
  • A proven track record of negotiating and closing large licensing, distribution, or monetization deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the video ecosystem, including content licensing, monetization models, and syndication.
  • Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams on delivery specs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to evangelize complex solutions simply.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with the media and advertising market, including publishers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and CTV channels.
  • Established network of decision-makers in media, entertainment, and digital distribution.
  • Experience growing partnership teams in high-growth SaaS or media companies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $200,000 – $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Executive equity package + performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Flexible PTO and hybrid NYC work environment.

Legal & Compliance

  • Pay Transparency: In compliance with New York State law, the compensation range for this role is $200,000 – $300,000 base salary, plus equity and performance incentives.
