The Role
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Video Distribution), you will be responsible for driving new revenue from large publishers, media companies, IP owners, and professional creators who manage substantial video libraries.
You’ll work to educate prospects on the benefits of VideoNest — from initial outreach through to closed partnership — showing how our platform unlocks new distribution, monetization, and audience growth opportunities. This is a high-visibility sales role where success directly fuels our expansion across media and entertainment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new enterprise accounts.
- Develop vertical-specific strategies (News, Sports, Business, Pop Culture, Documentaries, etc.).
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to ensure pilots and technical onboarding are seamless.
- Promote VideoNest’s value to decision-makers across editorial, partnerships, product, and revenue teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, and account notes in CRM.
- Provide customer insights back to Product and Leadership to inform roadmap and pricing strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8+ years of enterprise SaaS or platform sales experience in media, publishing, or video.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota with $50k–$500k+ ACV contracts.
- Strong knowledge of digital video distribution, syndication, or content monetization.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with the media and advertising market, including publishers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and CTV channels.
- Network of executive contacts at media companies, publishers, and creator networks.
- Experience selling MRSS/RSS feeds, ad tech, or video CMS platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-target earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $280,000 annually (50/50 base + commission), commensurate with experience.

- Pay Transparency: In compliance with New York State law, the compensation range for this role is $200,000 – $280,000 OTE, with a 50/50 base and commission structure, plus equity and benefits.
