Requirements

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • An active VideoNest account with podcast publishing access
  • At least one video uploaded or synced into your VideoNest library
  • A Google account
  • Access to manage podcast feeds within Google’s podcast ecosystem

Option 1: Publish a Single Video as a Google Podcasts Episode

Use this when you want a specific video to appear on Google Podcasts as an audio episode.

Step 1: Enable Podcast Output in VideoNest

  1. Log in to VideoNest
  2. Open your Library and select the video
  3. Enable audio or podcast output
  4. Review episode title, description, and artwork

VideoNest automatically prepares the audio version for podcast delivery.

Step 2: Submit the VideoNest Feed to Google

  1. In VideoNest, copy your podcast feed URL
  2. Open Google’s podcast manager
  3. Add a new podcast using the feed URL
  4. Verify ownership if prompted

Google uses this feed to ingest and update episodes.

Step 3: Publish and Verify

  1. Confirm the feed connection
  2. Allow Google to ingest the episode
